2020 Salsco, Inc. Engine Driven, Hydraulic Feed Chippers 810M

810M has an extra wide 18" infeed opening to handle huge amounts of brush with ease. The infeed handle has a full reverse, neutral, slow and fast speed and is easily accessible from either side of the infeed. Double bed knives, one horizontal and one vertical, are adjustable and sharpenable and provide excellent chipping power when processing vines, palm fronds and evergreens.

Safety Latch on the impeller, Safety Apron welded to the bottom of the infeed tray, Emergency Stop Buttons on either side of the infeed tray, Safety Bar mounted on the outer edge of the infeed which is accessible from both sides as well as the top of the infeed and the SSS Salsco Safety Shield are all safety features that are standard on Model 810M.

The SSS Salsco Safety Shield is a safety system that vastly improves wood chipping safety, proactively and effectively preventing wood chipper injury by shutting down the chipper's infeed system when an operator enters a defined hazard zone.
